Barricade Arts is the front line in new and progressive art, from theatre to music and everything in between. We are always on the lookout for new artists.

Barricade Arts Ltd is a production company dedicated to creating and developing experimental, high quality performance-based art. Whilst we operate mainly in theatrical and musical media, we take pride in cultivating works that cross the boundaries between forms, presenting an original and organic final product. Originally concieved as a music management company, Barricade Arts has since progresse

d to work with performance artists in a wide array of fields, with particular emphasis on theatrical productions. Recent work has been particularly inspired by Artaud's Theatre of Cruelty, focusing on the manipulation of the audience's emotions to create a powerful immersive experience. This has been exhibited both in our theatrical work, and musically through The Happy Sads.

We are currently based in London and Oxford, but hope to expand our horizons to other UK cities over the coming years, both through musical and theatrical tours, and in seeking original talent nation-wide.
