Our aim is to provide the best global investment opportunities around. We actively source pioneering and innovative propositions on a weekly basis, engaging with providers, identifying opportunities, gaining insights and creating investment angles well before any officially product launch. Our sourcing strategy is underpinned by the following principles & processes:
• Early Identification
Growth Corp International frequently identifies growth markets 6-12 months prior to product launch. Led by fundamentals (macro and macro-economic) GCI identify and follow global economies and sectors focusing on the proposition’s structure and the timing of market entry.
• Provider / Developer Checks
At GCI we’re more than aware our longevity & trust will be built on our product offerings delivering the expected yield in the expected time frame. Prior to any product launch GCI undertake strict due diligence into who’s behind the business we’re engaging with, evaluating their past and most importantly their performance.
• Investment Return
We cannot guarantee the returns on any of our propositions, although we evaluate and assess the fesability in great depth. Double digit returns are very achievable within the alternative sector, whilst 8% is typically perceived as the maximum yield within the buy to let market. We take each offering on a case by case basis, fully understanding the assumptions, ensuring the projected or assured yield is achievable with ideally scope for a better than expected return. In summary any advised proposition has followed a structured process of due diligence, allowing our consultance to give a clear and concise breakdown of the security, risk and return involved. Growth Corp International will not propose a property or alternative investment we wouldn’t purchase ourselves.
