Good morning everyone! What a way to greet the day!
Heading out to a nice quiet anchorage. Going to meet up with @RTherapy2.
We hiked to the other side of the isthmus….its super windy in this side!
Exciting news….for us! We have our new part- (waited 2 months for it)- on the water maker and we are making water! Finally a fresh water shower tonight!
Easy motor sail to Aqua Verde….one of the most beautiful anchorages. But boy is it full! Happy to be here and back on the hook.
We made it through customs and got our next 6 month Visa for #vivamexico. Now just need to get back to the boat!
Waiting out some northers that will change to westerly’s tomorrow- Salina Bay- all the protection!
We deployed the ‘rocker stopper’….we bought it in San Diego and have never used it. Works like a charm….wish we had deployed it last night!
The boats are flooding in- north winds coming in a couple day and Ballandra is pretty protected for those winds.
Alone in Honeymoon Cove- so much protection from the north winds. Love it here.
Waiting for the north wind to start…luckily we are in a very protected anchorage.
Sailing to our next destination in Mexico….soon after this video the winds picked up to 15-18 knots and we flew to our anchorage and arrived in style.
Wicked sail today. Top speed 7.4 knots surfing down an 8 foot wave. Too wind speed 24 knots from the stern! Down wind baby!
A change of anchorages. Onto Puerto Gringo. Then back to Don Juan when the winds arrive on Saturday. It’s finally cooling down to only +28 during the day.
