The Sussex Ghostbusters We're ready to believe you! The Sussex Ghostbusters are a costumed charity fundraising team serving the county of Sussex, UK. and many other fantastic events!

We are officially recognised by Ghost Corps as an official Ghostbusters franchise. We are a team of Ghostbusters super-fans based in Sussex, UK. Kitted out with movie-accurate uniforms and equipment from the Ghostbusters movies, cartoons and video games, we attend fairs, parades and other events to raise money for local charities. We are proud to be recognised as an official Ghostbusters Franchise

by Ghost Corps, a company led by Dan Aykroyd (Dr Ray Stantz and creator of Ghostbusters) and Ivan Reitman (Director of Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters 2)! The team formed in Spring 2016 and our first year saw us attend the opening night of Ghostbusters: Answer The Call in Worthing and spend a spooky hallowe'en weekend at Michelham Priory (one of the most haunted places in England until our visit...) We were also proud to represent Sussex in the Hamley's world famous Toy Parade in London's Regent Street along with 20 other Ghostbusters from around the UK, the Ecto-1 from the 2016 film, and a giant inflatable Stay Puft Marshmallow Man! The Sussex Ghostbusters are committed to our two chosen charities: St Barnabas hospice care based in Worthing and The Children with Cancer Fund in Polegate. We are always happy to support other charities as well. We continue to appear at more and more events raising money, smiles and spirits wherever we go! So, if your event needs something special, who you gonna call?

The Sussex Ghostbusters had a fantastic time attending the Broadwater Carnival Society to support and help raise money for West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service and St Barnabas House.

Thank you to everyone that came along to the stall to play the ghostbusters games and just to say hello.

We raised £170 that will go to our total and the end of the year for St Barnabas Hospice. So thank you to everyone.

****Important announcement**** Most of you will be aware that the new Ghostbusters film, the 4th in the original storyline, is currently filming. Over the last 24hrs, some set photos have leaked with some pretty spoileriffic details. Whilst some of the team here at The Sussex Ghostbusters are happy to wolf down spoilers like Slimer at 'all-you-can-eat BBQ rib night' at The Sizzler...most of the team are trying to stay spoiler-free. To that end, we will only share and post officially released content about the film (posters, trailers etc.) and not any leaked information or media. The team had a great time at Retro by Ronnie on Saturday. Just take a look at what this amazing store has to offer as Arron Weedall takes you on a tour around the shop. This video was also shoot and edited by Elias Moukarzel Jr.

The Sussex Ghostbusters are at Broadwater Green RIGHT NOW!!!

We're picking up a huge surge in PKE valences in the Broadwater area of Worthing! We'll be heading down there tomorrow for the brilliant Broadwater Carnival Society and Worthing Fire Station event to deal with any pesky poltergeists that may manifest. We'll see you there!!

The team are currently heading up to the NEC Birmingham, accompanied by our friends Indiana Jones and Captain America, for a three day weekend of epicness at the UK Games Expo 2022! Watch out for updates and photos across the long weekend!

WE GOT ONE!!! Retro by Ronnie have made the call to The Sussex Ghostbusters and the team are hot-footing it down to Worthing to deal with their paranormal problem! You can head down there now too and meet the team!!

Sony just announced a sequel to Ghostbusters: Afterlife and we couldn't be more excited!!

Happy 'Season of Evil', everyone! 😅 We hope you've had a good 2021 and wish you every happiness for the coming year. We've had a stonking year all things considered! We've attended events as far away as Birmingham and Basingstoke as well as around Sussex in Brighton, Worthing, Hailsham and Eastbourne. All events combined we've had a hand in helping to raise nearly £3 million for UK charities! Yes...THREE MILLION POUNDS!! Huge thank you to everyone who's supported us!
