🚨IMPORTANT ADVISORY para sa mga uuwi o kauuwi lang ng CamNorte mula sa Metro Manila.

Narito po ang mga hakbang sa pag self-quarantine upang makasiguro sa estado ng inyong kalusugan kaugnay ng :

▪️Manatili lamang sa isang kwarto at huwag makihalubilo sa mga kasama sa bahay.

▪️Gumamit ng sariling kagamitan tulad ng kutsara,tinidor,plato,baso at tuwalya.

▪️Ipagbigay alam sa Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT) ng inyong barangay na galing ka sa Metro Manila.

▪️Ipagbigay alam sa inyong BHERT kung kayo ay nakakaranas ng alinman sa mga sumusunod na sintomas: lagnat,sakit ng lalamunan,paninikip ng paghinga,ubo,sipon o diarrhea.
Gayunman,hindi ninyo na kailangang lumabas pa ng bahay dahil kayo na ang pupuntahan upang ma check-up.

▪️Ugaliing maghugas ng kamay sa loob ng 20 segundo.

▪️Iwasang humawak sa mukha, partikular na sa mata,ilong at bibig.

Nawa’y magkaisa po tayo sa pagharap sa hamon na ito hindi lamang para sa ating mga sarili,kundi lalo na para sa ating mga mahal sa buhay.
