uri, a Social Entrepreneur, Maka Maka is a Sustainable, Global, Artisanal, and Eco-Friendly label that offers contemporary collections in home and fashion while combining modern design with traditional craftsmanship. A passion for design and a strong penchant for Social Entrepreneurship led Mitun to quit the corporate world in the US and pursue her dream of starting her own label. Mitun has an MBA in E-Commerce from Georgia State University and a BBA (MIS) from University of Georgia, USA. Mitun is an explorer at heart and passionate about reviving and continuing the rich craft heritage of India. DIMLI was created to offer experiential tours focused on sustainability that will take you behind the scenes for a true hands-on experience of the crafts and artisans of the region. Our sole objective is for our guests to have a fantastic experience discovering the Craft Heritage of India. To achieve that, we have collaborated with a seasoned travel operator, Cdr. Krishnan, a passionate traveler and retired Navy Commander. He has been catering to tourists, domestic and international, for the past 30 years. His expertise ranges from organizing unique sightseeing tours of India to golf vacations and more.
