For those who say that dogs will freeze if kept outside. Temperature with the dog sleeping in the insulates dog house with flaps is about 65 degrees when 19 degrees outside.

Standard Insulated metal exterior with shingled roof with non open roof prices
Small- $135
Medium- $150
Large- $175
Extra large-$200

Added $40 for open hinged roofs

Non painted, non insulated, green treated dog house. $65
Add $25 for painted

Camo color will have added cost but is in very limited supply currently. Delivery is free within 20 miles otherwise would charge a reasonable fee depending on distance.

All dog houses come with free vinyl freezer strip doggy door, replacement strips available for a fee.

Metal roofs available for additional fee.

Free estimates on any custom orders.
