🎄 Christmas came early in California!
Thanks to the hard work of our VPG team and WCE Engineering, the first Pivot® Performance Turf football field in the Golden State has been unwrapped at Beyer High School in Modesto, California. The Pivot turf system is purpose-built for athletic performance. Designed with ultra-durable yarns and no black rubber pellet infill, it’s the perfect mix of traditional, durable sports fibers and new fibers that mimic natural grass.

A recent study published by The Clinical Journal of Sport Medicine has some interesting findings about the safety of artificial turf. Young football athletes were asked to rate their symptom severity after recent concussions. Their responses indicated that helmet-to-ground concussions on natural grass produced more severe symptoms and more symptoms overall. Follow the link to review the results for yourself.
