Michelle has an insatiable appetite for fashion and celebrity, habitually consuming relevant magazines and visiting pop culture blogs, yet she’s also been known to dive into Shakespeare or the Romance poets. These diverse interests result in her ability to identify her client’s “story” and express this story both visually and verbally. In addition, Michelle has a network of contacts throughout the consumer and trade industry, both within and outside of the media sphere, that puts her in a unique position to advance her clients’ products and brand identity. In addition to her work at Last Word Communications, Michelle serves on the executive board and is the vice president of Public Relations for the national chapter of the Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA). She was recently honored to accept the WJA 2011 Award for Excellence in Communications.
