📱 Try this iPhone trick to minimize your exposure to blue light before heading to bed to help you sleep better:
1. Go into settings and navigate to your accessibility options.
2. Choose color filter and change the color tint to red. 3. Then head back to accessibility and choose touch. 4. Scroll down to back tap and choose either the double or triple tap. Set that to color filter.
5. Now when you double tap the back of your phone, it will switch between the regular phone filter settings and the color filter.
😴 This is a quick way to switch to a darker red filter at night which will remove most of the blue light from your phone and help you sleep better. It also makes your phone a little bit darker overall - while still being readable if you are reading in bed - and your partner is already sleeping. This way the light from your phone won’t bother them either.
