I expect to be picked up and taken to my car in about 9 minutes from a business that is off site from Melbourne Airport. I even get a greeting, a smile and someone to but my bag on the bus!

Elizabeth made this comment recently: "So cheesed off with Melbourne Airport parking. We paid for our long term outside parking in advance online. Simple yeah? NUP... they charged us again on leaving the carpark...!!! You need to put the credit card which you paid the online fee with into the machine to get into the carpark and to get out again.... when they charge you again..!!!! Neat little trick. Then you have to call, email, call, email, call, email AND... when someone finally speaks to you you then have to fill in a claim for refund form and fax it to an inoperable number... So then you have to attempt to speak to a person again and supply your claim form and all your receipts including your bank statement... Parked there on 30th July and still haven't been refunded... Some interest on the use of my money would be nice. Fat chance
BE AWARE....."
Certainly something to consider before pre-booking. Have you ever been to the airport and their parking was full? I certainly haven't, so why pre-book?
