I could use your help friends! 🥰 Unfortunately two of the homes we co-host/manage flooded in the storm last night. Chais and I are on the way to assess damage and update the owners. We've already connected them with our public adjuster and will do what we can to assist in the insurance process. This will result in the homes being unavailable during repairs and a serious loss of income for everyone involved.

This means we're accepting some new co-hosting clients as this frees up time but I also have to replace the loss of income for our family. So the silver lining if anything is that it means I get to help some additional owner's during this time. I very much limit the co-hosting side of my business because I'm a boutique approach and give my all. I take care of their homes as I do my own, but I'm REALLY good at what I do. Increasing revenue, amazing guest experiences with rave reviews, and remove the stress of rentals off their plate.

This is where I could use your help. If you know of anyone who has rental properties and could use some help, please have them reach out to me. I'd be happy to chat with them, see how I can help, and if we're a good fit. I manage remotely in Florida but have connections and resources nationwide, so even if your friend's home is in another market that is no issue.

Congratulations to our owner, Ed!!! We took over management of his listing due to some management issues and a lower home rating because of this. At the first SuperHost evaluation since they brought me on as their co-host, we got his account to SuperHost! He's never been a SuperHost before, even with 3 years of hosting prior to working with me. 🥰

THIS was such a fun update from his wife when they got the notice she text and let me know, so I sent them both a little celebratory text. We've worked hard together and it's so rewarding to see the payoff in the listing performance, them earning Superhost, and their second property will be Superhost at the next evaluation in 3 months too.

I am so appreciative in their trust in me, a total stranger, managing their personal homes while they're away for work in Australia, and couldn't be prouder honestly! Huge win for us all! 🏆

Did you know AirBNB has categories for homes? They do! It's important to stay on top of listing details to make sure you're showing in as many searches as possible and staying active. Airbnb uses AI to set categories but you can also specifically request a category for your listing that applies as well. MOST people don't know this is an option, but I do. 😉

I went through and reviewed all of our listings and requested the categories the AI missed. This is what a boutique style co-host looks like as a manager, not a VA or robot, because as helpful as technology is, you still need killer management and a personal touch to truly elevate your property and the experience your guests have at your short term rental. The best part is, my clients don't even know I did it, or have to worry. They all know I'm taking care of the day-to-day operations of the rental and treating it just like I do my own homes, because I truly care and will always go above and beyond for them. There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes!

Boarded my flight and heading to Level Up Your Listing Summit!!! It’s important to me that I keep up with what’s happening in the industry for our own properties & my clients. 😍

I’ve been hard at work onboarding my newest co-hosting client and am SO excited to announce the first booking came in, 14 nights, at the highest rates they’ve had, on a stricter cancellation policy! We’re doing updates to the property, just small value adds to make it SUPER, then bringing in a professional photographer, and really revving up the business at their adorable home.

The two week booking is actually her goal in revenue monthly, WHOOP WHOOP! That’s what I like to hear. That leaves a lot of room for me to just make them lots of extra money. The best notice as I was getting to the airport.
