9 August marks 32 years when scouts from Kamuli District suffered what later came to be called the "Scout Jamboree Accident" and got admitted to the Maternity Ward at Kamuli Mission Hospital.

President museveni while opening the Africa Scout Jamboree at kaazi then announced a moment of prayer for the Scouts who "had died" in an accident enroute to kaazi yet they were recovering! ... just back from theater!

The " Wardmates" Opio Sam Caleb, Allan Kiwanuka, Bob Kalungi, Gabriel Mpubani, Daniel Kalinaki l (Yes! KALINAKI OF THE Daily Monitor fame), Bagenze n Mawanda must be busy people now! All Roaches and Siasa Scout Troop, Alert! Salute for a minute at 11:20 Cold Naluswa and kitanda take note!
