My name is Sonya and I have a confession to make, I love Disney and just about anything that relates to Disney. I enjoy helping friends, family and really anyone plan their Disney dream vacation! I was raised as a “Disney kid” in a family where we went on annual Disney trips for as long as I can remember. So when I went to college and saw a sign for a Disney Internship, I jumped on the opportunity

to work at the most magical place on earth. You can imagine the excitement in my family when I was able to work in the heart of Disney, right on Main Street USA. I was fortunate enough to see the parades and the fireworks from the best seat in the house on a daily. During my six years as a cast member, I had many amazing opportunities that allowed me to work in every park, just about every resort and special events. Now that I have a family of my own, I am able to keep the Disney traditions alive. With my husband Ted, and our three young children, we have visited Disney several times. I have been to Disney with my family, extended family, during busy times, slow times, and special events at the parks. I was recently down for the Wine and Dine Half Marathon to take part in the Jingle Jungle 5K. I have enjoyed the planning aspect of a Disney vacation just as much as the trip itself. Making lifetime memories is what it is all about with your family and friends. I am thrilled to be working with Kingdom Planners, so that I can help make those same memorable experiences for you and your family. My family and friends always tease me about being "the Disney expert". I really enjoy it when they come to me for advice or have questions about planning their trip. It seems fitting to take it a step further and put my experience and knowledge to good use by helping others make their dream vacation a reality. I am so excited to help you get started on your Disney vacation!

Last night Epcot debuted their new night time show called “LUMINOUS THE SYMPHONY OF US” I am fortunate to of had a friend send me this video for you all to enjoy!

She described the show as “WOW, just WOW ...this show is stunning! There are lasers, lights in the sky and on the buildings (not projections), water, fireworks and a perfect mix of Disney song snippets and original tunes that tell a beautiful story!

If you are Disney fan...run and see this show!!”

Walt Disney World Highlight Hotel-
Port Orleans French Quarter

This resort is a moderate resort, meaning it’s priced between value and deluxe resorts.

This means that you'll get more amenities compared to a value resort.

Compared to many of the other WDW resorts, French Quarter is quite small. You can walk from one end of the resort to the other in about 10 minutes or so.

French Quarter isn’t overwhelming and you don’t need to set a lot of time aside to get acquainted with the resort. The fact that French Quarter is so small is especially great after a busy day at the crowded parks.

Home of the Mickey shaped beignets.
Easy walk to its sister resort Riverside.
Relaxing boat ride to Disney Springs.

When you only have one day at Walt Disney World-Florida you go big or go home!!!! 3-theme parks Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom and Epcot (due to park hopping not starting until 2pm I was a bit limited) 5-Disney Resorts-Polynesian, Grand Floridian , Yacht Club, Beach Club and Boardwalk.

Let’s talk about Universal’s Valcano Bay water park and Cabana Bay Resort! 3 minute walk Cabana Bay has room options with floor to ceiling windows that look directly into Valcano Bay
