Kelly’s academic background includes an undergraduate degree in outdoor leadership and a masters degree in counselling. She has two incredible teenage daughters and lives in Alberta, Canada, near the Rocky Mountains. When not at the beach, hiking or exploring the Andean highlands Mike Goodman is a facilitator of business improvement programs in Australia. To complement his corporate credentials, Mike has a diploma in ecopsychology and a decade of training in various shamanic and healing practices. He actively applies many of the timeless principles he learns in Peru to steward new possibilities in contexts such as business relationships and regional innovation. Mike also has two amazing teenage children (a daughter and son) and lives on the Central Coast (NSW) in Australia.
