The only way to experience a monumental archeological wonder is with a licensed tour guide!
🌿We had a Private Guided Tour of with the fabulous tour guide Federica Rubino!

Day 2 continues!
🍕Private Pizza Experience Extravaganza at !
The pizzeria of my dear friend Chef !

Salumi and cheeses of Campania, fried zucchini flowers filled with ricotta cream, arancini rice balls and the pre-pizza classic potato crocche!
🍕Then, Pizza!
At the end, freshly made Cannoli-every part of it-the crunchy shell, filled with sweet bufula ricotta cream and freshly shaved chocolate!

Tour Day 2 continues with a guided tour of the Caserta Royal Palace and its gorgeous fountains and gardens with the fabulous !

🇮🇹Tour Day 2! Day trip to Caserta! We went to a Mozzarella di Bufala Farm! At this amazing farm we learned about the entire process of making this delicious cheese that is Mozzarella di Bufala!
🐃From the baby buffalo that are born on the farm up to the process of making the fresh cheese!

Here we go! 🇮🇹❤️
Our 2024 autumn tour to Naples and Puglia started off on All Souls Day (Festa dei Ogni Santi) so Naples was packed with people!
With our fabulous guide .it we wasted no time and jumped right into the chaos of Naples!

Today Carole Gallagher Peg Botto Harrison Mcinnis went on an epic walking and food tour & explored the historic city center and ate delicious things along the way!

First stop-Chocolate at the shop of Gallucci Cioccolato! Since we arrived on All Souls Day!
Torrone dei Morti is a once a year chocolate treat, made in a variety of flavors. It is smooth and creamy with crunchy hazelnuts or other delicious things mixed in.
This is nothing nougat we imagine…this is so much epically better!!😊

Naples, Italy is a city like no other!
It’s a mixture of so many things! Its chaotic & loud, serene & calm in others. It’s steeped in history for millennia.
You don’t know where the legends end and the history begin..
I am a city person and Naples for me is glorious!
I have met fabulous friends who bring this to life Federica Rubino and Valerio Bruner!

We go to here to the farm of Emilia Blasi and her Azienda agricola blasi to taste and learn, on our tour in Puglia with our collaborators Salento delle Murge.

You can easily translate it into English.
