How do you finish an epic day centered around olives and wine?
You go to Frantoio Oleario Nastasia-to watch the Olive pressing process and to eat the most traditional Puglia dish-Fave e Cicoria 🥬with the delicious liquid gold pressed in this oil mill!!
One of my favorite things is to watch the people when they bring their olives and waiting during the entire process!
