Living room has floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with heatilator gas log insert with remote control, so you see pretty flames and it blows hot clean air into the room. Remote can be on/off or act as a thermostat to control at a set temp. In addition to the 3-car garage, there is an RV parking space and room to park an additional 5 cars in the driveway. d National Forest. There is a dense forest behind the back yard with a creek running all year that makes nice sounds. In the side yard is a children's play structure with swings, slide, climbing wall, clubhouse and chalkboard for young children. Infant swing seats and young child swing seats are both available. There are beach toys, snow disks and a classic wooden sled in the garage for guests to use. Also a large cooler for food and drink. The bathrooms all have designer towels and mats. They are stocked with premium soaps and lotions. There are many board games for all to play. There is a casino gaming table equipped for Blackjack, Roulette and Crapps. The house has a standby power generator, so even if the public utility power goes out, this house always has power.
