Get away to our open floor plan, alpine-style, 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom house in the woods 16 miles (20-30 minutes) from Beaver Stadium/PSU Campus!! Book your next stay through airbnb. House comfortably sleeps 10-12 (with space for more). Located in a private, wooded setting just over Pine Grove Mountain, this home is perfect for football weekends with the family, as well as graduations, and visits to

the areas extensive hiking, biking, paddling and boating opportunities. Fully furnished with hardwood floors, soapstone countertops, wood stove and an entire wall of windows looking out into the woods, the house is minutes away from Whipple Dam, McCann School of Art and Doans Bones BBQ with access to hiking/mtn biking trails right off the back of the house! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
-Master bedroom loft - king-sized bed & single day bed
-2nd bedroom - queen-sized bed
-Unfinished, walk-out basement - king-sized bed, futon and plenty of room for additional air mattresses/cots
-Living room - L-shaped Couch

Weather Permitting:
Screened-in Porch - Queen Sized Futon and Single Futon (amazing space to sleep in the trees weather permitting). Futons may be put inside for additional sleeping options during colder weather. HOUSE AMENITIES:
- Dog friendly with large, fenced-in yard.
- Large HD Flat screen TV
- Wireless internet/DVD player
- Walk-out basement w/additional space for air mattresses
- Clean linens and towels provided
- Large deck w/grill
- Hot tub
- Fire pit
- Large, flat yard (in addition to the fenced-in section)
