Join us in saluting our third crewmember of the month: Tiarelei “T” W., out of the beautiful South Pacific island of Tonga 🇹🇴✌

As the Director of Airport Services, Tiarelei is a talented crewmember at JSX that brings passion and perspective to everything she touches, and when we asked her about what it was like to work here, she told us:

Meet Joyce M. 💫 Our second featured crew member!

Joyce was born in Manila, Philippines, where she wholeheartedly embraced her culture, firmly believing it played a pivotal role in shaping her identity and the guiding principles she lives by. When asked about what she learned the most from growing up in the Philippines, she responded:

"In the Philippines, we value family, hospitality, positivity, and faith. I try my best to live up to those values and share it with others."

Joyce is an everyday inspiration here at JSX. She embodies the spirit of our community, and her dedication to our values shines through in everything she does - whether it be through helping a Customer or working alongside our Crewmembers. We’re especially lucky to have her on our Crew!

Meet Izzy M.✨🛫

To celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, we are featuring some of our AAPI crew members’ stories about how they got to where they are today. When we asked Izzy what led her to aviation, she responded with WHO guided her to where she is today.

"My older sister was hired as the first Airport Services Concierge for JSX. When she celebrated her one-year anniversary at JSX, I knew I had to find out more. She would always talk about how great JSX was and kept telling me to quit my current job and join her at JSX. I started part-time and instantly fell in love with the company. After applying for a full-time position, the rest was history."

For many of us, our family and heritage is a guiding force in life. The JSX team wouldn't be the same without Izzy and her family as an integral part of our Crew.
