Candida is a sticky old one, I went on a similar diet to this many moons ago and have never looked back, it works! : ))

Finally coming back to earth after an absolutely amazing couple of weeks in Spain. Our Andalucian Summer Retreat with Lucyoga: Dru Yoga classes in London was so completely magical and we were blessed to have an absolutely gorgeous group of beings who threw themselves into the practice (and into river pools; )) perfectly and with absolute surrender.
