Hey all! For anyone who may be looking for childcare, I just wanted to let you know that I am looking to start up again, part time only, in January. I am only looking to fill up to two spots and up to 3 days a week. Part time is only $350 per month for one child or $550 for two children per month. I just wanted to let everyone know, especially those who are new and looking for childcare... we are currently expecting our second little blessing to arrive in July. :) I will be babysitting until the end of June and I don't know when I will start up again. It could be 6 months, or it could be up to a year. In the meantime if you are struggling to find childcare let me know! I have space available for part time and casual for ages 1 to 3.

As a mother I do everything in my power to keep my child safe. I do everything I can to give him a good life. I do my best to teach him about the world and how things work. I get down on the floor to play with him as much as I can. I give him hugs and cuddles when he's sad or sick or when he gets hurt physically or emotionally. I praise him when he does something well or does something for the very first time. I am stern with him when he does something that he's not supposed to do and give him the consequences he needs to understand that that is not okay. I encourage him to be independent (as much as he can be for the age he is). I talk to him all the time and tell him how much I love him and how special he is to me.
When I fail him I can't stand it. When he's hurting, I hurt too. When he's happy and oh boy he is happy a lot, I just can't help but feel his joy. No matter what mood I'm in, when I see that smile or hear that laugh, I end up with a smile on my face. He's such a sweetie and so precious and I just love him so much. I will always go the extra mile for my sweet boy.

If I have learned anything from the last two weeks it's that I can't handle full time babysitting on my own therefore I am not going to take full time kids. I will only do part time and casual.
