WeBS and winter Finch count days at Bardolf Farm.
The temperature drop to -5 last night has resulted in an interesting sighting today of Corn Bunting (Emberiza calandra). Although regular at Maiden Castle in Dorchester, this species has not been recorded since December 2010 and Goosander (Mergus merganser) are rare visitors to the farm!
