So it was really funny because the other day when I was at the competition I went to go and get my lipstick from out of my bag. I opened my bag and one of the coaches was sitting there staring at my skates.
"Are those your skates?" She asked me. I looked down at my awesome skates and nodded my head.
"Yep. Those are my skates." I said.
"Wow, they are really beat up."
"Thanks. These ones actually are not as beat up as some of my other ones I have had."
"Wow. I can't see how they could get worse than that." She said.
I really don't think that they are that bad. I only creased the right skate and nothing is ripped or broken. I think they are rather beautiful. I am going to wear my new ones tomorrow. :) Not really looking forward to the stiffness and the blisters I am going to get from them.
