Trusting ourselves is such a power move.
If there is one thing I’ve learned, and quite frankly am still learning to lean into even more fully, is that trusting my gut instinct and intuition is by far my greatest strength.
It’s not just mine, it’s available for us all.
And yet, I will still betray myself on occasion by second guessing my instincts, searching for more information, or asking others for their opinions or insight, even when I already know the answer. I had it all along.
We often look for external validation to prove that we are on the right path, delaying what we already know deep down inside of us to be true.
But this causes distrust and misalignment in our body, harming it in ways we don’t even realize impact us.
This in turn causes distrust and misalignment in our businesses and relationships. It’s a ripple effect.
Can you relate to this or have I gone too deep for a Friday before the holidays? 🤪
If this does resonate (hint, you felt something shift or a sensation inside of your body), and you are ready to start diving into deeper conversations like this, I am teaching a free masterclass on January 8th. ⬇️ link in bio and comments.
You will learn the secret to how simple it is trust your gut instinct and course correct when you’ve noticed that you are betraying yourself (aka self awareness).
One day, maybe I’ll teach this class for during a wellness retreat on a beautiful beach like this one, in St Croix.
✨✨✨
Until then, I hope to shine some light with you on January 8th at my free masterclass…ALIGNED.
