Wonderland Resorts allow users to access a selection of magnificent resorts around the world on one, safe and easy to use website. Users experience quick reliable bookings confirmed directly from the local property manager who represents the property. Users have the security of knowing a third party mediator will release payment to property managers after all agreements and reservations are confirmed.
Do I need to be a member to rent a property?
No. Unlike other luxury vacation clubs Wonderland Resorts has no membership fees. Simply find the property that you like, and make an offer for what you're willing to pay.
How does it work?
Select a destination, a property and your dates of travel on the Wonderland property calendar. Confirm the dates and enter your rental offer for your chosen property. Your offer is immediately sent to the property manger that can accept or decline your offer in minutes.
Approved rental offers are secured and paid for by credit card at the time the property manager accepts an offer. Offers that are not approved are free of charge and will be accompanied with a reason(s) for denial. Reasons may include a low price offer or be associated with a request such as "4 large dogs are not acceptable for this location". Users may resubmit an offer with new prices/requests, or make offers on new properties free of charge until an offer in accepted.

How are the rental prices determined?
The prices listed on the site are asking prices. Prices are determined by you by presenting valid offers to the property manager of the property you are interested in. This guarantees you the best rate for luxury vacation properties.
How does payment work?
All reservations are prepaid in full and are nonrefundable. We accept most major credit cards, including many international cards. If you have any questions about payment, please contact us.
What Taxes and Fees are included in each purchase?
We do our best to include all the mandatory taxes and fees charged by each property in the final price for each vacation rental. However, if there are any fees that are not included, the property manager will be sure to make you aware of these once you've secured the Reservation Request.
When do I receive my rental confirmation?
Once your offer has been accepted by the property manager, within 48 hours or less, you will receive a rental agreement to be signed and returned and this will confirm your rental.
Can I cancel or modify a reservation after I book?
In order for us to provide such exclusive rates, we have a strict no-cancellation/ modification policy. All rooms are prepaid in advance and nonrefundable.
