After creating National Motivation & Inspiration Day as January 2nd of every year and becoming the only motivational and leadership speaker in history to ever have a day of recognition passed by The United States Congress and New York State, I quickly became known as, "Mr. Motivation and America's Chief Motivation Officer." A moniker I wear with pride. However, in recent years, I have noticed an unpleasant trend in the "motivational," "self-help," Coaching, Personal & Professional Development space. There are more and more speakers that are "unqualified." They do not have their own books or materials, but are being taught to present, like actors in a play. There is more and more vulgarity being used. Using common base, vulgar language to capture the attention of young adults and others. The very use of which is the exact opposite of the kind of character, dignity and respect that our industry is supposed to stand for. There are more and more "coaches," that are promising riches if people are willing to pay the price and take their online programs. They always seem to have great promises and keep people wanting more and more and paying more and more. And more and more techies promising new leads or a "sales funnel" that can make you rich, if you're willing to pay them first. That's not what "Perosnal & Professional Development" are about. Helping people and promising financial freedom, as long as they pay the tab! There are millions of people around the world that could really use a little help. A little Mentorship. And a little "Motivation & inspiration" to help them on their way to achieving and exceeding their goals... but they can't afford it. After 20 years of being a "hired gun" to help companies and corporations make more money, I am opening up Motivate America for qualified Coaches, Speakers and trainers to particpate in together. This is no longer a "one man show" or one man mission. IF YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOURSELF! IF YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF A NATIONAL NETWORK OF PROVIDERS

I wanted to use Motivate America, because that was always the "vision & mission." To Motivate, Inspire and Uplift Americans to become their very best selves. Like I wrote in my first book.
