A big mistake I see a lot of people make in the gym is not tucking their elbows during bench presses. Yes, flaring your elbows will activate slightly more chest, but the risk is not worth the reward.
Keep your shoulders safe and tuck those elbows.
NOTE: Ignore his grip in the ""Correct form"" image. Su***de grip is dangerous and should not be used. This post is meant to address his elbow position, and not his grip.
