The newly refurbished Garden Room, sleeping 2, boasts its own private entrance nestled within a secluded landscaped garden. The property itself provides studio living with a comfortable double bed, television (with free sat channels), wardrobe and a newly fitted bathroom. Please note there are no kitchen/cooking facilities at this property, however tea/coffee making facilities are provided together with a fridge to store your picnic essentials! Both are located between Brighton and Eastbourne and 15 minutes by train or car to Lewes and Glynde (for the August Glyndebourne Festival) The Annexe provides a wonderful base from which to explore the beautiful Sussex countryside and beaches.
