In coaching, we work with our clients to get to the root of problems and strategize for positive outcomes. This is especially important when you are seeking or giving forgiveness. Forgiveness comes when you stop a behavior that has caused a problem with others, yourself, or in certain relationships.
1. Diagnose. Recognize the problemmatic behavior
2. Stop! Take accountability.
3. Allow yourself to forgive or accept forgiveness from others
Good news for job seekers this year: Nearly 2/3 of U.S. employers are planning to hire permanent roles in the next six months, according to a survey by Robert Half.
— Employers are optimistic with economic improvements expected in 2025.
— Despite concerns that AI is replacing roles, companies are adding roles to help navigate the AI puzzle. AI is also reshaping hiring. Tools like Indeed’s Pathfinder are helping job seekers connect with employers making the hiring process more efficient.
— Indeed’s Best Jobs Report noted that the healthcare sector is most robust with growing open roles. Other top jobs include veterinarians, engineering, librarians, and travel advistors. "Empathy over technology" will be a trend for most popular emerging roles.
With 256,000 jobs added last December and unemployment at a healthy 4.1%, 2025 will be a promising year for job growth. Thanks for having me CBS New York Mary Calvi

When you bring storytelling into your leadership toolkit, you're not just executing, you're inspring—and that's how you achieve greastness.
The power of storytelling is so important to remember as we dive in business planning season. Critical frameworks that call for metrics, data, execution can easily block the human-side of leadership. Inspire and connect as you role out your plans for greatness. Turn plans into a shared vision and numbers into meaning—this will motivate your team to bring their full energy to the table with you.
These three Soft Skills are key for success in the workplace:
- Influencing: Inspire urgency, align ideas, and see the bigger picture. Show why your work matters.
- Conflict Management: Navigate diverse perspectives and solve problems with grace. Listen to different views.
- Fun: A positive vibe creates better teams, happier clients, and more enjoyable workdays. People want to be around happy people.
Thank you to our wonderful clients, colleagus, and friends who filled our lives with their stories. We laughed, cried, pushed hard for more, leveled up, failed, questioned things, and sought answers.
With hard work comes Happiness, Confidence, and Calm.
