We stayed at Loew's Portofino Bay Resort at Universal Orlando Resort for our conference. It's a Signature and Legacy resort...there are only 3 of them....which includes complimentary Unlimited Universal Express Passes! These hotels have the best amenities. The parks are just a 5 minute water taxi ride away (or a short walk).

The hotel has fantastic quick and table service dining options (complete with Italian singers), bars, coffeehouse with gelato, large rooms and huge convention center facilities. It was especially beautiful at Christmas-time. They have been working hard on renovations, making it even more spectacular.

I just returned from KeyCon...our annual Key to the World Travel conference where we reconnect with each other and 50+ travel suppliers, pack in tons of learning, fun with team building at the Disney parks and parties and our annual Star Awards gala. This year we were mostly at Portofino Bay at Universal Orlando with some time over at Walt Disney World as well.

🎓 At the Star Awards, I was honored to be recognized this year for graduating from the KTTW All Inclusive Specialist program.

Other highlights included:
🏰 Piloting a potential new activity at Magic Kingdom
🎢Taking over Guardians of the Galaxy with 40+ advisors
🎇 Private dessert party and fireworks viewing at EPCOT
🍽️ Dinner with our friend from Elite Island Resorts at Big Fire Grill in City Walk at Universal
🏩Barbie-Themed closing party

It's exhausting in the best way. I learned so much and networked with colleagues and travel suppliers and am excited to apply that knowledge when planning your trips to amazing destinations! Who's ready to plan?
