Big change coming to Magic Kingdom on Monday (9/9)! Tron Lightcycle Run will no longer have a virtual queue and will offer a standby line for the first time since it opened last year! A Lightning Lane Single Pass will also still be offered for purchase! 🏍️🏰
This cute couple enjoyed their vacation at the Divi Aruba All Inclusive so much last year that they booked it again and just returned from another amazing vacation in Aruba! They got to stay in a brand new room that just opened that week! They were just a few steps to the beach and enjoyed the food at the restaurants on-site and at the sister Tamarijn resort next door. But it's also easy to get off property to experience all of the fantastic dining options, many right on the beach with your toes in the sand!
These two resorts offer a free E-Bike and Snorkel tour twice every week and also their own weekly trip to the Butterfly Farm (entrance fee separate). They're a great option for those that are looking for All Inclusive in Aruba.
Hurricane Debby tried to mess with their plans with a cancelled outgoing flight from JFK, but we worked together to get them squared away for their full vacation in paradise! Once they arrived, it was sunny skies!

There's no better view than this one at Universal Orlando Resort. My kids love Volcano Bay so we love this "Volcano Bay View" room at Cabana Bay. We also love being able to walk next door and be in the water in a matter of minutes. There is a dedicated path and entrance for Cabana Bay guests, which is especially helpful in the morning for Early Park Admission. We can knock a bunch of popular slides out and then have free time to play. 💦

After many, many years, I finally returned to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and we really enjoyed our stay. We were in the preferred section (Barbados) which was conveniently located nearby the main pool and lobby with both quick service and table service dining options and just a short walk to the Skyliner station. Being the Skyliner hub means going directly to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios with fewer lines in just a few minutes.
It is a big sprawling resort but we had a bus stop within a 2 minute walk and I was impressed with how quickly we were on our way to Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom with just a couple stops. The Riviera Hotel was also within walking distance for even more dining options.
Our room was spacious for the 4 of us and the sliding door to the sink area made getting ready without disturbing those sleeping a breeze.
The pirate-themed pool area is fun and features a big and smaller waterslide and play area for the tots.
And the views at sunset were gorgeous.

Had a successful full day at 2 parks with Lightning Lane Multi and Single Passes. I was able to grab everything we wanted (rides and times) on 7/24 when the new system launched. You can modify your times and refresh for more options to pop up beforehand and throughout the day! Highly recommend and found it worthwhile in these parks...

Never waited in a standby line at MK
Tron VQ line was the longest wait: if you don't want to wait, buy the Single Pass (if you haven't already used your 2 since there is a limit of 2 per day)
We hit all the big rides and did everything we wanted except the Peoplemover that was closed
The only thing I slightly regretted was not waiting the 5 minutes to meet Mickey at Town Square Theater on the way out, but we were hot and the kids didn't want to
It was a magical day!
Pro tip: Did you know that you can hop from Animal Kingdom to Magic Kingdom using Disney buses starting at 10:00am? You have to have a park hopper ticket, of course, but we were up early and knocked out a few favorites at AK and were on a bus at 10:20am to go over to MK to start using our Lightning Lane multipass!
Last minute trips to Walt Disney World are totally possible! My son was invited to Orlando to play in a soccer tournament with less than a month's notice and we had to decide the same day...so we jumped at the chance to take advantage and make a little family vacation out of it. I quickly booked on-site hotels at Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando. I also was one of the first people to use the new Lightning Lane system to make reservations in advance. So tonight, on our arrival day, we managed to:

I had a lot of fun planning a summer trip to Croatia for friends while they were in Europe for a wedding. We based them out of Split and set up a stellar itinerary that included:

Universal Orlando Resort is a fun place to celebrate summer! This fun family of 3 jetted off to Orlando to spend the week at the Universal parks and had a blast! They conquered Velocicoaster, beat the heat at Volcano Bay just a few steps away from their resort, enjoyed all the magic at the Wizarding Worlds of Harry Potter, and found all of the scrumptious meals and treats along the way!
While there, they decided to squeeze in a day at Disney's Hollywood Studios to check out Star Wars Galaxy's Edge. So while they enjoyed their day at a Universal park, I secured tickets for them and set them up to visit so they just had to show up. One day with the Storm Troopers and the Millennium Falcon was a great way to close out the trip for the oldest fan in the group (Dad)! :)

Welcome home to the "V" family who enjoyed their vacation and anniversary at the Hard Rock Punta Cana! This is a great resort for families, especially with teenagers. It has a fun vibe, lots of activities, beautiful pools, great beach, many restaurants and is a pretty quick ride from the airport.
💦 They had loads of fun at the activities at the pools, including music, games, volleyball and foam parties!
💅The girls were impressed with the spa and their massages while the guys golfed at the course on property. 🏌️♂️
🍽️ They really enjoyed all of the restaurants, especially the hibachi and found the staff to be really welcoming and helpful.

What a joy to plan this very special golden birthday/first trip to Walt Disney World for friends of the family! Mom and Dad surprised their girls the morning they left with news that they were headed to Disney World to celebrate and they were ecstatic!
The girls celebrated their actual 6th and 9th birthdays at the Magic Kingdom and celebrated in style with a fireworks dessert party one night and makeovers at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and dinner in the castle at Cinderella's Royal Table the other night. They didn't know we had BBB planned and asked all week if they could go, so were over the moon when they were surprised with their appointments... these little princesses were in heaven and so was their mom when she saw them so happy.
They had a 1 Bedroom savanna view room at Animal Kingdom and loved waking up to the giraffes right outside their balcony and having the space to spread out!
They had an amazing trip! All of the restaurants, experiences and hotel exceeded their expectations and they will treasure these memories for a lifetime. I loved seeing their smiles during the week and am so happy they had the best time.
These two families spent a week at Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana to celebrate their seniors' upcoming high school graduations and had a great time! Although it's a large resort with lots of activities and amenities, they never felt like it was too big. Some of their favorite highlights included:
- Private transfer roundtrip from/to the airport and hoot of a driver!
- Spacious and conveniently-located rooms (which we picked out to be central to the main pools and beach)
- The nice beach, but especially the pools (preferable to hang out as a group)
- Dinner reservations we secured for them before their arrival (these were their favorite restaurants)
- Concierge and on-site planners who immediately helped them upon check-in and throughout their stay to ensure they had everything they wanted and set them up with cabanas.
- The gym (used daily), mini-golf and nightly entertainment options
