Great day today with a beautiful ride around Lac du Bourget to the climb of the Col du Chat to watch the live stage of the Tour de France 🇫🇷. We where so lucky to ride to the stage with my friends former pro cyclist 6 Giro de Italy 🇮🇹 with AG2R, his wife and 4th place at the Olympic’s Mountain Bike and he was kind enough to give me his French National Championships jersey Merci

rode two spectacular climb’s today the Col de Leschaux and straight onto the Le Semnoz totalling 26km of climbing.

biggest day 96km with the Cat1 Col de la Croix Fry a 1477m climb with spectacular views.
Finished of with a lake front lunch and a lovely dinner in Annecy.

What a awesome day in the office with our fantastic team of riders. A day full to the brim of atmosphere on the Cat1 climb of the Col de la Forclaz.🚴🇫🇷 Made National French TV. Then back to Annecy for dinner. .2023

Transfer day today over to the beautiful town of Annecy, but before we left we had a great ride over Col de Chat and around the lake. We also had the Uno X team staying at our hotel.
I also just happened to have met a rider I raced against for 2 years whilst I was racing for my Swiss team in the mid 80’s, do you believe that😃

A perfect way to start with 2 mountains climbs, stopping for lunch in the beautiful town of Chanaz and a lovely meal for our first group dinner.

Last recon day before Steve Rooney Cycling Tours first tour day starts tomorrow, with a 76km ride taking in 2 climbs.

Good start for our 2023 Tour, with breakfast overlooking the beautiful lake, then a recon ride around the lake. Then off to Annecy to book some restaurants and just had to have lunch at one overlooking another lake. Big day but rewarding.
