The Cakezies 2024 Reboot:
Y’all - it’s crazy to see it’s been 10 years since I have been a cakeballer! I am so humbled by those who remember Cakezies and have reached out over these years to inquire if I might one day give it another go.
Well, that day is here! Coming at you with much more confidence and LOTS of wise council from friends and family about what it could and should be as a true side gig, here is the lowdown:
Beginning MAY 1st:
1. I will have up to 20 dozen cake balls available per week, rotating flavors unless those dozens are preordered with a specific flavor in advance. That is my max. Once I sell out, the week is closed.
2. Weeks that do not sell out with preorders, I will prepare basic drizzle cake balls offered each Friday and Saturday for pick up at my home in Prosper. I will post here each Thursday what extras are available on a first claimed, first sold basis. If you need your order any other day of the week, I will need at least 2 days notice. **NO Sunday pick ups and NO deliveries.**
3. Flavors available are: Chocolate, Vanilla, Red Velvet, Lemon, Strawberry, and Gluten-friendly Chocolate
4. I am no longer accepting highly custom designs or pops on sticks (i.e., no characters, logos, or special shaped balls). This reboot is on the premise that time and health are my most valuable commodities and while I love the creative aspect, I can create more joy (and time for sleep 😉) by increasing volume with simple designs in various colors.
5. Pricing and designs available as follows*:
$25/dozen - basic drizzle or sprinkles
$30/dozen - fancy drizzles, letters, numbers, metallic powders or any candy additions
$35/dozen - Baby faces for Baby showers
