The Ground level has a fenced in heated pool, with an enclosed outside shower and fenced in pet area. Entering the house you have a small kitchen and 1/2 bath for pool access plus an elevator, which services all floors and an internal staircase. The first level has 2 Gulf View King bedrooms both with private bathrooms and direct access to a huge screened in deck to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf while enjoying a coffee or good book. The 3rd bedroom on this floor is the kids bunk room with custom built in bunk beds, each with their own reading light and electrical outlet for charging their electronics. This room also has a private bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms have 40 inch TV's, Netflix, and expanded cable channels with the highest internet speed available from my provider, so everyone can stream music, shows and surf the internet. Upon entering the 2nd floor, Gulf Views greet you from almost every window. This level has an open plan living room, dining room and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a pantry. The kitchen is stocked to make cooking for 10 a breeze with plenty of appropriately sized pans and cookware. Outside is a huge screened in Gulf View deck with quality furniture for you to sit back and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf.
