Make sure you stretch those quads, those hamstrings and make sure your boots support you so you can put your weight effortlessly on them while carving into the mountain. I haven’t skied since 2016 and wow do I ever forget how strong and in shape then. Don’t take mobility for granted. To 2024 with starting to Ski all over again like a beginner.
