Dhaulagiri is the seventh highest mountain in the world, located in the Himalayas of Nepal. Its name means “White Mountain” in Sanskrit. Dhaulagiri I, the main peak, stands at an elevation of 8,167 meters (26,795 feet) above sea level. It’s known for its challenging and remote climbing routes, attracting experienced mountaineers from around the world.
