Hello. Just a quick update on my schedule. Apologies to those awaiting quotes. I have been really busy. On with a bespoke hand built wardrobe at the moment and been on with cutting everything to make 18 door's and 6 drawer fronts and 6 drawers to make so been very time consuming. Almost there with it. As for availability at the moment I'll most likely not be available until towards the end of Nov early Dec next or if your wanting to get booked in for next year for anything then feel free to get in touch as this year and last I filled up very fast. I have a few in waiting who will get priority first but look forward to whatever future projects come my way.

Thankyou

Some more updated photo's here of the hallway and stairs where i built some understairs storage, picture frame panelling and victorian style Skirting and architrave with plinth block. Looks lovely all finished. 🔨🪚

Painting and decorating in the hallway and landing was done by Simon Massey. Highly recommend him.

Some more picture's from most recent job. Customer decided to go for 170mm Victorian style skirting and 80mm Victorian style Architrave with a plinth block and i personally love how it looks to go with the theme of the rest of what I've done. A lot has been decorated since these pic's so I'll be getting some updated one's this week. 🔨🪚

Another part of all the bespoke work I've done whilst been at my current project is this Radiator cover. All bespoke made to size, routered etc to match with traditional style they have gone for. Will get another picture once they've fully finished decorating. Also going to be making another one for them 🙂

Really enjoyed all bespoke work I've been given the chance to do. 🔨🪚

Let there be light 💡✨️

Just want to say thankyou to all the likes, shares and amazing feedback I've had off of this project so far. Really appreciate it and makes what i do all the more worth while. I always take pride in all my work i do whether it's family, friend's or public and this one I'm extremely proud of how it turned out.

A very labour intensive job from start to finish being fully bespoke built from scratch but 100% worth it for the end result.

Part 2 of this amazing project. Stages taking it to the end of the finish. Customer went for an oak effect colour and result's are amazing. As i said before i had to sand 2 grits to allow the colour to pop as it has done and brought the grain out lovely and had to sand the next grit up on the bare edges to make sure all the colour blended. Some really nice patterns in the wood. So you get the oak effect without the actual cost of oak itself (which would have been crazy money) overall though really happy with the finish and so are the customer's which is the end goal 😁🔨🪚

Hello everyone. Been a while since i last posted but your about to see where a lot of my time has been put in to to create this amazing unit 😂. Back in January i was asked to price for a media wall aswell as some other project's which included understairs storage, picture frame panelling, skirting, architrave and a radiator cover. Instead of the usual stud and plasterboard media wall though the customer's wanted it built from hardwood to form cabinets and shelving with strip lighting for displaying their collectables and extra storage which was music to my ear's being given opportunity to finally build something of this calibre. I was given a concept to work from and worked with the customer's to create what they we're after. All of it was bespoke built from Tulipwood hardwood board's (no pre built cabinets or door's) all built and made by hand from scratch. It has been a very labour intensive job and included fully sanding and oiling aswell. 2 grits of sandpaper and 2 coats of osmo Amber oil (oak effect) and a top coat of odies oil for that bit of extra protection. I want to say a big thankyou to John and Lyndsey for not only giving me opportunity to build everything and all the work they have given me but also for their amazing hospitality (never without tea or food 😂) and for their patience and understanding especially during the 6 week's hols trying to manage childcare and work. Been fantastic to work for and regard them as friend's now not just a customer. I'll post the pic's in 2 halves. 1st half before finish was applied and the second the amazing outcome of all the hardwork and a few vids to showcase. 🙏🔨🪚

Also want to say a big thankyou to Anthony England at A R E Electrical for all electrical work involved. Top bloke and Highly recommend him.

(P.s i had permission to keep my tools on the shelves i built and took caution to prevent damaging it 😁)

Another project completed to where i can take it to for now before Architrave and skirtings go on. Customer's want more storage space under their stair's and worked together with them to get it how they wanted. As you can see before it only had a door fit for borrowers 😂 really bizarre having such a small door for space inside. Also went for matching picture frame panelling finish on the door and drawer's. Before construction i made a lot of repairs to the stairs as they hadn't been done properly when the house was built and surprsied nothing had collapsed before now. Very lucky and not to mention the stair string only had 3 nails to fix it to the wall 🤦‍♂️ now on to the big project next that is going to be a beauty to show off 😁🔨🪚

Had these sent to me the other week by my mate who i did these bespoke oak veneer shelves for. Putting them to good use and as you can see they are nice and sturdy just as they should be. Regardless of whether it's friend's, family or the general public i keep my standard's to high quality. Build thing's to last as it should be done 🔨🪚

Hello everyone. Just a little update on what I'm currently on with. Just finished this Dado rail and picture frame panelling on Thursday at my current customer's house and knocked out the understairs for some bespoke understairs storage to be built next week and some repairs to the staircase. If you notice the Dado been short in places there's method in my madness ha ha. Customer's going to be having new skirting board and architrave at some point so pre-planned for that. Finally got a delivery yesterday too that I've been waiting 4 week's for. That one is going to be my best project yet and can't wait to show it once completed. A big bespoke built project. As it stands it's going to run in to mid June so anyone wanting anything doing my availability won't be until after then. Hope you all have a great bank holiday weekend 🙂🔨🪚

After having such a nightmare time as of late, getting rained off a few day's with this job, then my car broke while doing the job followed by struggling to sort something new i finally managed to get this finished off yesterday. What was meant to be a simple swap of old with new cladding turned out that it needed insulating aswell as cladding. Old wooden frames that just had paper stapled to front as insulation. Barmy what you find in these old houses. Made a world of difference as you can see. Big thankyou to lovely couple who i know for their patience all way through, big thankyou to my mate Chris Burnley helping me pick up some materials and take them to the job after my car had died. On to a beauty of a job next that is going to be my best to date. Fully bespoke built from real wood. Can't wait to show it off 🔨🪚

Hello everyone. Just an update for anyone who is waiting to get booked in or for me to price job's. I've recently had a massive inconvenience occur by my car deciding to breakdown and had to be scrapped so currently I'm running behind with what i have booked in due to not having a vehicle to use for work. It'll have a knock on effect for timescaling now too but hoping to get one sorted asap and my next project is a beauty and can't wait to get started on it 👍🔨🪚

Another job finished today for a very good mate of mine. He wanted some solid shelves building in an alcove to create more storage space. Went for a veneered mdf finish to give the shelves a chunky wood effect look and finished with a dark stain to tie in to the floor. All edge's we're mitred to give a neat finish. These walls we're out of level every way possible but managed to get them looking right. Also his Mrs gave them a strength test by climbing them and they didn't budge 😂 always good to know. Thankyou to you both for all brews 👍🔨🪚

Been very busy again. Another job that came from a recommendation. Must be doing something right 🙂. I was only meant to be doing the flooring and door's on this property but ended up doing some skirting which included some kerfing with there been 2 curved wall's and pipe boxing's aswell. Unfortunately didn't get picture's of it all done as i cracked on with it but hopefully get some once decorated. Customer's spot on again keeping me topped up with tea, biscuits and cream buns 😁😂 thankyou again 🔨🪚

So I've been a bit quiet lately. Lifes been a bit hectic and also been on with this job. Took longer than expected but love the end result and customer's are very happy aswell. Another staircase renewal all in oak aswell. Cladded around old newels, stair strings, apron string and also formed a boxing aswell to replace the old one at the top of the stairs. All sanded and oiled with Osmo natural finish oil. I also made a new feature step at the bottom of the stairs, fitted some architrave and skirting on the landing and also made a cupboard door to match existing door's. Thankyou again to the customers for your patience and hospitality. Very much appreciated 😁👍 on to the next project 🔨🪚

This was the last job of this year i forgot to post. I did 32 square meters of laminate flooring with beading downstairs. Was awkward to get pictures with moving furniture around. Was the easier option so the rooms could be used as normal.

Most recent job i completed last week for a very good friend of mine. Always a good compliment when friend's and family trust you to do work for them. Regardless i always ensure to go above and beyond to make sure to deliver on what they are after just as i do everyone else. I was asked to construct some cupboards in their hallway for storage and also understairs. For the cupboards they wanted the door's without handles to give it a hidden cupboard look which all door's we're made from scratch and went for push click open and soft close hinges. Understairs they wanted a small access for their pet cat which is a new request. We're a few obstacles to overcome along the way but my friend and his partner are thrilled with the result which is always brilliant to hear and well worth the effort. Thankyou again to them both for their patience and for allowing me to take on and complete the work for them. Looking forward to seeing it painted 🔨🪚

Skirting and architraves to hallway, new spindles, hand/baserail, covered over some old woodwork with mdf, small cupboard door to understairs, repaired 2 stair treads, window board and laminate flooring to hallway.
