THE PERFECT DAY // spring or fall 🌸 🍂 1. Coffee at sunrise on porch ☕️ 2. Breakfast in tiny house 🥞 🍇 3. Take the Old Walland hwy route to @dancingbeancoffeehouse in Townsend 🗺️ but make sure you listen to @hollowcoves or @sigurros radio on the way to really set the vibe 🎶 4. Hike Spruce Flat Falls 🥾 🎒 🐻 (This easy hike is 1.4 miles roundtrip and includes 460 feet of elevation gain and a waterfall)5. Lunch at @peacefulsidesocial (make sure you get the truffle fries! And ask for the white BBQ sauce to dip it in!) 🤤 6. Back to tiny house to get ready for dinner! (While you’re getting ready, crack a bottle of your fave)🍷🥃 🥂 🍻7. Dinner at @therestaurantatrtlodge (you have to make a reservation, ask to sit outside!)8. Rainy days will come and go ⛈ honestly rainy days at the tiny house are some of my favorite days… It may sound cheesy but sitting on the porch with the fire on, with your favorite beverage and just watching the rain hit the river and listening to the rain on the metal roof…. This is a version of heaven to me ⛈ ☕️🍂🤍 we get told a lot that people wish they would’ve stayed in more and enjoyed the house instead of venturing out everyday… So if you happen to have a rainy day… This is the perfect excuse to stay in 😘

What a wild ride those 2 years were! 2018-2020 was definitely the most challenging season of our lives. In our faith, our marriage, our physical bodies…… This month will mark 10 months hosting guests full time at @littlerivertinyhouse 🙏🏼 so incredibly grateful for all our guests and the people who stepped up when we needed another hand in finishing this thing… You truly made our dreams become reality and I am forever grateful for the time I get to spend with Lincoln and Tyler that I never had before 😭💓 The first two years of Lincoln‘s life I saw him for two hours a day max 🥺 and while Tyler had two months off in the summer… I was working nine hour days away from them. So grateful that I have freedom in my life now and can take more than two weeks vacation a year 😭 if people tell you you are crazy for the dream you have… Let that just be fuel to your fire 🔥 you can and will do it… You just have to be decided. 🙌🏼 just wait until you see what we have up our sleeve next 😏 any guesses???? Can any of my other hosts relate??? 😅 My OCD meets ADD 😆 I have been woken up In the middle of the night thinking that I forgot to stock some thing, do some thing, or somebody found a hair… That is literally my worst nightmare🥴 I walk around the tiny house at least a dozen times to check everything again. 😅 Can’t wait for you guys to come stay! Only two more weekends left in the whole year!!! 🙏🏼✨🙌🏼
