As some of you hopefully appreciate when riding with us, it pays to ride with locals. Today, Kazuyoshi took us to his friend's ramen shop ( ) near the ocean. We tried very hard not to order another round. It was as delicious as it was beautiful.

A visit to the Enoshima lighthouse and awesome Fuji view on the way back wrapped up a rewarding day on the roads of Kanagawa prefecture.

We are in our old home of Japan for the next month, getting reacquainted with small spaces, riding on the wrong side of the road, and stopping at red lights! We aren't sure there will ever be a HighRoad Japan, but if enough of you insist, we will never say never!

This tour won't see the light of day till at least 2026, but we always like to be planning ahead. We've taken a first swipe at HIGHROAD SLOVENIA and we don't know if we want to wait two years! We will probably be throwing a little Giro d'Italia climb in this one, too - anyone heard of the Zoncolan?! Early Interest List is open if you are are!
