A must-visit when you’re in Bali
This restaurant offers a delightful mix of cuisines, blending Latin American flavors with European influences, all while incorporating some local ingredients.
Everything we had was delicious, except for the desserts. The standout dishes for us were the grilled octopus and meats. I’ve never had such juicy, tender chicken until I tried it at Santanera. Don’t miss out on the tomahawk pork—it was incredibly succulent.
I especially loved how they used local banana chips as crackers to pair with the hamachi ceviche; it was a perfect combination.
This is definitely the kind of restaurant I want to visit again.
