Thank you Kristine and the Shelton Timberland Library! That's a wrap for the 2024 Summer Reading Program. I'm not sure how many libraries I visited, but it was a LOT and ranged geographically from Coos Bay, Oregon to Haines, Alaska. I listed to a lot of podcasts and books on CD and earned a finishers t-shirt and some nice swag from libraries. A huge thank-you to all of my librarian friends who book me year after year and to my long-time fans and friends who attend a program!

Today I visited Damman Elementary just outside of and Thorp Elementary with my . I was blown away to learn that Damman School has been in ​operation since 1890! Both schools are rural and agricultural with beautiful views of green fields and snow-capped mountains in the distance.
