After a 25 year career in the field of education and school counseling, owner Diane McLean was inspired to provide services to children, adolescents, and adults in the area of executive functioning skills. These important life skills, often not explicitly taught in traditional education systems, are critical to managing day-to-day activities in work, family, school, and leisure, and when lacking,

create barriers to success. After extensive training by experts in executive functioning skills, life coaching, social cognition, and conditions such as ADHD/ADD, anxiety, and Autism Spectrum disorders, Diane committed herself to providing coaching services that offer a systematic, research-based approach to helping individuals overcome executive functioning challenges and acquire the skills and knowledge needed to experience success.
