Many have noticed on AirBNB that there are no vacancies... there is a good reason for that... I AM RETIRING AND MOVING TO THE ISLAND!!! After 44 years or working, it is time for me to slow down and enjoy life! So Casita Turquesa will not be available for rentals. The apartment across from mine is rented out by a friend, so send a message and I can get you in touch with him. Of course there are lots of other great places to rent on the island. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your support of Casita Turquesa over the past 5 years!!! Hope to see you on the island!

MEXICO TOURIST TAXES... if you see signs on Departure asking you to pay the Mexico tourist taxes, you have already paid these on your airfare (see my ticket below). Do NOT pay them again.
We just walk right past ignoring the people holding the signs.
