Who's aboard!?! This weekend hop on the local steam train to view the wildflowers. The "wildflower excursion" is sold out, however on Saturday and Sunday there still will be train rides along the same route departing at: 10:30, 12:00, and 1:30.

Tonight is the Annual Christmas Open House in downtown Murphys (ten minute drive from the Cottages)....and the shops are gearing up for a night of festivities. The Main Street will be closed from 5-8 pm to allow for the night parade led by Santa. There will be caroling, a tree lighting, bonfires, and appetizers offered at local business. Come join in the fun!
