Are you looking for a pet friendly vacation?
It is with great pleasure that we want to announce that, with the aim of continuing to offer memorable travel experiences to our clients at Palladium Hotel Group, we have incorporated into our TRS Cap Cana Waterfront & Marina Hotel the availability of accommodation with your beloved pets (dogs). To meet these needs and facilitate the vacation process for our clients, their pets (dogs) weighing up to 10kg / 22 pounds are now welcome, starting January 1, 2024, you can initiate the booking process as of
today.
The pampered members of the family can enjoy their vacations for $40 USD per night, and an additional
fee of $100 USD will be charged for hypoallergenic room cleaning and charitable donation for each
stay.
Below are the regulations established by the property for the stays of our beloved family members:
o Pets must always be controlled by the guest. Guests are responsible for preventing their pet
from disturbing the peace of other guests.
o Any damage or injury caused or attributable from the pet to third parties, Hotel and/or Hotel
property will be the responsibility of the owner, who has the obligation to cover the cost or repair
from the resulting damage.
o The pet must always walk with a leash on and be in the care of its owner. You must ensure that
your pet respects the personal space of other guests and other pets that may be always in the
same area.
o Guests are responsible for cleaning their pet waste in all areas. Dog waste removal equipment
and supplies will be provided. In the event that you require more hygienic clean up equipment
than the items provided to you, you must notify the hotel staff so that the necessary supplies
can be provided, in order to keep the designated areas and facilities clean.
o Guests with pets should stay within pet designated areas and paths, and respect restricted
access areas. If the pet travels through undesignated areas, the guest must inform the hotel
staff to carry out the disinfection and cleaning of the area as determined. Similarly, the pet must
always wear a tag with its name so it can be identifiable, while using the designated facilities
and areas.
o Pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, consumer centers, pool areas, convention center,
beach, gym and spa.
o Pets must be in perfect health, have proper hygiene and vaccinations to avoid any damage,
plague or disease to other animals and hotel guests. The hotel reserves the right to request the
necessary documents from the guest that prove the complete vaccination of the pet.
o Guests should always treat other pets politely and should not encourage situations where other
guests’ pets may feel threatened or endangered, to preserve tranquility in designated areas.
o The hotel is not responsible for providing any type of special food (medicated or dietary) or
medicines that your pet may require.
o It is only allowed for animals who are considered pets, consisting of dogs weighing no more
than 22 lb / 10 kg. Under no circumstances will animals that could be considered dangerous,
such as rodents, birds, reptiles, arachnids, etc. be accepted.
o Canines of breeds that, according to the Hotel’s interpretation, can be considered potentially
dangerous for the safety of the guests, may be prohibited at the Hotel’s absolute discretion. In
case of entry of a pet considered dangerous, the guest who owns said pet will have the duty to
adopt the necessary security measures, such as the placement of a muzzle and leash always.
o Pets may not use the Hotel furniture, as well as in any other area that includes furniture intended
for use by guests.
