From the French West indies to America via France and Italy
Yoanne Clovis is the founder of yoanneclovis.com. She is a passionate world traveler who has studied and worked in five countries. She speaks four languages fluently and has learned to fully enjoys the constant surprises and joys of total immersion in new cultures.
Yoanne left her Caribbean island at the age of 18 to study in France, before moving to Italy to get her PhD in Neuroscience. Although she did not speak Italian and did not know anyone there, She quickly developed strong friendships and support system with locals and fellow expats. Upon graduation, Yoanne worked as a researcher in Oregon, US.
During her experience abroad, Yoanne developed a deep understanding of how to quickly and efficiently settle into a life in a new country and decided to share her experience and resourcesas an immigration consultant.
