Great weather day for another successful Commercial Real Estate Tour!

I made a record for myself and clocked 8.4 miles trekking around Wynwood and Brickell scouting the best new location for my client, a successful Mediterranean / Israeli cafe / coffee / and wine bar from NYC. Thankfully wore my pumped up kicks! Big success! Did I mention my client is a childhood sleep-away camp friend?

I love working with business clients such as law firms or medical practices for their office space needs, as well as retail tenants such as restaurants and yoga studios who need space. Successful businesses always have real estate needs from expansion, renewals, lease expiration dates approaching, or a biz plan shift to acquire a CRE asset.

Super great mixed-use development with Class A office space, ground floor retail, apartments, an incredible outdoor courtyard with amazing amenities! Touring properties and space options gets me excited because 10 years ago the landscape of Wynwood was quite different. Now it is home to corporate companies, law firms, great food options, shopping, nightlife, art, and entertainment. Miami just won’t stop!

Yesterday I attended The Florida Bar Convention at The Boca Raton. Saw old contacts and attorney friends, connected with new colleagues, sat in the intellectual property committee meeting, attended the Business Law Section luncheon, and a Judicial Roundtable. Even though I don’t practice law on a day to day basis, I keep my law license valid and being a lawyer helps me constantly in the commercial real estate arena. Plus, many of my clients are law firms, so it is great to stay involved with the legal community.

Congratulations to my law firm client, Friedland & Associates on their new office space in Downtown Fort Lauderdale!

Palmer Property Group represented the firm as their exclusive tenant rep as we evaluated renewing their lease at their current location or relocating to larger space closer to the central business district. Sharing some pics from yesterday’s real estate tour in Wynwood. I’m representing a very cool innovative new concept of a friend that needs retail space in a newly developed building. Wynwood has so much redevelopment, it’s incredible and I am amazed at the new properties coming online. My client is http://breakfastball.xyz It’s an indoor golf and social club wherein memberships are bought as an NFTs.
