Vacation home - our vacation home that is available for rent. Check the calendar for
availability, and message me for reservations. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in at 3:00 PM; check out at 10:00 AM. In-season (April through September) price: $650 / week + security deposit $200 + cleaning fee

Off-season (October through March): $75 / night + security deposit $200 + cleaning fee

ty Deposit will be refunded after condo is checked out and found in order. Cleaning Fee: $175

Linen service may be available for an added fee. Otherwise, bring your own sheets and towels: 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. There are also two camping-type cots available that use sleeping bags or blankets. Dates will be confirmed when deposit of 50% has been received and cleared. Final payment expected two weeks before your vacation begins. Checks and Paypal accepted.
$35 charge on returned checks.

Our condo is soon to become home sweet home while we build our permanent home ten minutes away. What will happen to our condo when our house is built? It will very likely go on the market. Stay tuned!
