Let's continue our thread on the VALUE of a Disney cruise. Differentiator number two - rotational dining. Each Disney ship has three themed restaurants. On the Disney Magic, they include Animator's Palate, Rapunzel's Royal Table, and Lumiere's. With rotational dining, guests rotate between these restaurants, ensuring that each guest gets to experience every restaurant. No other cruise line offers this feature.

Disney Cruise Line's new Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point has three separate restaurants, each serving casual barbeque food. Two are located on the family beach and the third is located on the adult beach. I will be honest, the food is not as good as what is served on the ship but with the awesome sandy beaches and the beautiful sunshine, fine dining isn't quite as critical.

Similar to Disney's Castaway Cay, their new private port of call, Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point has amazing private cabanas located directly on the beach. Several are located on the family beach and others are located on the adult only beach, Serenity Bay. These cabanas are extremely popular so if you are interested, you will need to reserve them early. One quick tip, if your travel party includes multiple staterooms, you can go together to share a cabana as most hold 6 to 8 people. Let me know if you would like more information.

Let's talk about the VALUE of a Disney cruise. Differentiator number one - larger staterooms with a split bathroom. The two separate bathroom areas allow two guests to get ready at the same time. No other cruise line offers this feature.

My first impressions of Disney's new Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point port of call were amazing. The sand is so beautiful and soft and the water is crystal clear. I would definitely recommend this new port of call for all Disney cruise guests.
