We’ll have loads of goodies like tomatoes, purple hull peas, okra, squash, zucchini, pepper, pickles and moooooore!

If you haven't purchased your tickets online to any of the Big Grass Bluegrass Festival shows, you don't have to miss out! Tickets WILL be available for purchase at the door at each show!

Shows are tonight at 7pm, and Saturday at 1pm and 7pm. The shows will all be amazing and you won't want to miss them. See you soon!

A new exhibit is set to come to Mississippi County. The National Cold War Center aims to become a major tourist attraction in Arkansas.

Looking for a fun and safe event this summer, then our camp is for you. This free camp, sponsored by the Delta Cultural Center, is scheduled to run from Monday, July 22 to Friday, July 26. Blues musicians will be present and conducting the event.

Location: Miller Annex 223 Cherry Street Helena, AR 72342.

We at the DCC are excited about this upcoming exhibit titled "Mr. Pruitt's Possum Town: Photographing Trouble and Resilience in the American South. This exhibit which consists of almost 100 photographic prints, archival film footage, and video reveals life between 1915 to 1960 in Columbus, Mississippi. Built around the collection of photographer Otis Noel Pruitt, the exhibit explores race relations and issues of class, gender, and religion.

It will be up in the Center Gallery of the DCC Visitor Center, located at 141 Cherry Street in historic Helena-West Helena, Arkansas.

The Grand opening ceremony is scheduled for Friday, July 26, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Educator and author of a book on O.N. Pruitt's Possum Town, Berkley Hudson will be speaking about this outstanding collection of historic photographs.
