Why I love being a Travel Advisor.
I have a family of five traveling in Switzerland and Italy. Last night for some reason I woke up a 2:00 am wide awake. Looked at my phone and one of the family members had emailed me.
They had transportation arrangements from Geneva to Zermatt Switzerland and she had called the company to be picked up later. The transportation company said that they didn't have their names on the list to be picked up.
I immediately emailed the family member and said I was on it. Then I called another of the family members and personally told her that I was on it.
After an hour and a half of calling my supplier, my supplier called the transportation company and called me back informing me that the problem was fixed. I called the family member back and told her that the transportation company would pick them up at the time they wanted.
I also emailed the other family member and informed her that the problem was fixed.
Everyone is relieved and that's why everyone should have a trusted Travel Advisor watching their backs and why I love my job.

What a great day for the Bahia Principe Open Golf Tournament. These are just a few pictures I took today.
The food and drink stations around the course were set up on different holes. The staff are amazing!
I’m not a big beer drinker but the Tulúm beer is outstanding! The pizza was delicious!
